DAY 1 Arrival in Chengdu
After arriving in Chengdu, the local tour guide will welcome you at the airport, then transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Overnight in Chengdu.
Day 2 From Pandas to Plateau
Begin your day with a visit to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where you can explore the park by battery car and observe these beloved animals in a natural setting. After the visit, travel by bus to Kangding (270 km, approximately 4 hours). Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely walk through the historic streets of Kangding, a mountain town rich in Tibetan culture and scenic charm. Overnight in Kangding.
Day 3 Scenic Wonders from Kangding to Danba
Depart Kangding and travel 45 km by bus (approx. 1.5 hours) to Mugecuo Scenic Spot, also known as the Kangding Love Song Scenic Area. Board the internal sightseeing bus to explore highlights such as Fangcaoping Meadow, Qisehai (Seven-Colored Lake), Dujuanxia Valley, and the Yaochi Boiling Spring. After the visit, continue by bus to Danba (175 km, approx. 4 hours) and check in upon arrival. Overnight stay in Danba.
Day 4 From Danba to Xiaojin via Mount Siguniang
Begin the day with a visit to the picturesque Jiaju Tibetan Village, accessible by sightseeing bus. Continue by bus to Mount Siguniang (110 km, approximately 2.5 hours). Upon arrival, explore the scenic Shuangqiao Valley aboard a sightseeing bus. Afterward, transfer to Xiaojin and check in at your accommodation for the night. Overnight in Xiaojin.
Day 5 Alpine Valleys and Ancient Engineering
Start the day with a scenic tour of Changping Valley aboard a sightseeing bus. Then travel by bus to Dujiangyan (145 km, approximately 3.5 hours). Upon arrival, explore the historic Dujiangyan Irrigation System with a battery car before heading into the city to check in at your hotel. Overnight in Dujiangyan.
Day 6 Highland Trails and Sacred Sights
In the morning, explore the vast Napa Sea grasslands and experience the warmth of local Tibetan families. Alternatively, venture into the wild beauty of Valley Riding: ride through alpine pastures and dense forests along the historic Tea Horse Road, pausing for a serene tea break at a traditional caravan camp. In the afternoon, journey to Meriben Zilan to take in the sweeping views of the First Bay of the Jinsha River, followed by a visit to the tranquil and revered Dongzhulin Temple. Overnight in Jiuzhaigou.
Day 7 Wonders of Jiuzhaigou
Spend the day exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area by sightseeing bus. Highlights include the vibrant Colorful Lake, the cascading Pearl and Nuorilang Waterfalls, the serene waters of Sleeping Dragon, Tiger, Mirror, and Long Lakes, as well as the picturesque Shuzheng Valley. Enjoy a buffet lunch at Nuorilang Restaurant. Overnight stay in Jiuzhaigou.
Day 8 Huanglong Scenic Area
Depart Jiuzhaigou by bus for the Huanglong Scenic Area (100 km, approx. 2.5 hours). Explore the stunning travertine landscapes of Huanglong, using the round-trip cable car and sightseeing bus for a comfortable visit. Afterward, continue by bus to Maoxian (177 km, approx. 3.5 hours) and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Maoxian.
Day 9 Return to Chengdu and Cultural Evening
Travel from Maoxian to Chengdu by bus (180 km, approximately 3 hours). Upon arrival, explore the bustling Chunxi Road and the upscale IFS shopping mall. In the evening, experience the captivating Face Changing Show, a highlight of Sichuan opera. Overnight in Chengdu.
Day 10 Departure from Chengdu
